“Shokhrukh Demirbek” LLC is working on the construction of drinking and sewage water systems for multi-storey houses under construction in “Mergancha” MFY “New Uzbekistan” massif, Urgut district.

The following deficiencies were identified during the next control measures:

⚫️ the internal control of the contracting organization, the technical supervisor and the author’s supervisor of the designer were not carried out;
⚫️ Execution documents are not maintained;
⚫️ workers are working without observing technical safety rules (without special clothing);
⚫️ installed plates have come out from under the rails, that is, they have been installed incorrectly;
⚫️ the certificate of the plates brought to the facility was not provided upon request;
⚫️ reinforced concrete KTs 20-9 colzas of poor quality do not meet the requirements of the GOST standard, the contractor’s certificate is provided upon request; not done
⚫️ the insulation work done in the facility was done poorly.

Identified deficiencies were controlled by the inspectors.
