A working group consisting of employees of the territorial control inspection in the field of construction and housing and communal services of the Samarkand region was formed in the meeting hall of the Narpay district administration.

The members of the working group visited 57 neighborhoods of the district and studied the status of urban planning documents and construction and assembly works of constructions carried out in state programs and business entities.One of the studied construction objects was multi-storey residential buildings being built by “INTER GROUP NARPAY” LLC in the territory of “Narpay” MFY. Samarkand region is continuing construction works without fulfilling the written instruction 0004051/1 issued on February 3, 2023 of the territorial control inspection in the field of construction and housing and communal services regarding the demolition and re-execution of poorly executed brickwork and concrete works. During the studies, ST-1 iron poles were not installed as specified in the project even during the picking of peregarodka. No small machinery was used in concrete works. The workers are working without observing the rules of technical safety (without special clothing). 7,000 pieces of baked bricks that did not meet the requirements brought to the construction site were removed from the facility.
Also, the experts of the Construction-testing laboratory of the Inspection carried out test works in this facility in the prescribed manner.
The members of the working group studied the city planning documents and the state of construction and assembly works of the constructions being carried out in 115 objects in the territory of Narpay district. It was found that construction works were started arbitrarily in 58 objects. The officials of 31 facilities were informed and given written instructions about notifying the Inspectorate, passing the technical inspection, and the ongoing construction work was stopped. On 8 objects, the Samarkand region was brought to administrative responsibility by the territorial control inspection in the field of construction and housing and communal economy in accordance with part 7 of Article 99 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
