In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 9, 2021 “On measures to ensure the construction of “New Uzbekistan” massifs and the socio-economic development of the regions” No. PF-32, Bulung’ur district today “Agromir building” LLC is constructing 4 5-story residential buildings in the Gubdin massif.

Exterior finishing and painting of houses 1-2 have been completed. In the Sokol part, the works of miramir work have started, the external doors and frames have been completely installed. 80% of interior finishing, electrical and plumbing works of the apartments have been completed. The apartments do not have internal doors, radiators are not installed. Paving work has started on the sidewalks (Pod’ezd).

Quality performance of construction and assembly works in this massif was controlled by the regional control inspection in the field of construction and housing and communal economy of Samarkand region.
